We operate out of Plot No. 5A/I-Ii-Iii in Sector-3, right inside the Kandla Special Economic Zone. If you’ve ever been to the SEZ, you know it’s a massive place with lots of identical-looking blocks. We are one of the ones focusing on pharma logistics. Our day starts early with checking the manifests and seeing what arrived at the port. It’s a lot of physical work, moving crates and making sure everything is labeled correctly for export. The office part of it is just a small room with a few computers and some very tired-looking chairs. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. Our main focus is just making sure the medicine gets to where it’s supposed to be without any delays. The air always smells a bit like salt and exhaust fumes from all the trucks. It’s a busy, noisy place most of the time. We have a group of workers who have been here since the beginning, so we don't need to explain much to each other anymore. We just get on with it. Sometimes the paperwork gets stuck in customs, and that's a whole day of running around. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of environment. We just do the work that needs doing every single day and try to keep things organized in the warehouse.
