The office is tucked away at Plot No 326 in Sector 1 A, right on Tagore Road. If you know Gandhidham, you know how much dust and wind we get from the Kachchh area. We spend most of our time dealing with the trading side of things. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking manifests. There isn’t much glamour in it, to be honest. We have a small desk setup and a lot of files that seem to grow every month. Most days, we’re just making sure the goods get moved from one point to another without too much of a headache. Sometimes the trucks are late or the paperwork gets stuck somewhere, and those are the days we stay late drinking tea and trying to figure it out. It’s a practical kind of life. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, just trying to keep the business moving. The neighbors around Sector 1 A are mostly doing similar stuff, so we all know each other. You hear the traffic on Tagore Road all day long, which keeps us awake. We don't use any high-tech systems that we don't need, just the basics that work for us. It’s quiet in the afternoons when the sun is high, but otherwise, it’s pretty constant. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and it suits what we do.
