S M Raval Co is located right in the middle of the Main Bazar in Gandhidham. Our address is B B Z S 26. Being right in the heart of the bazar means it is almost always crowded and noisy outside, but that is just how it has always been for us. We have been operating from this same spot for quite a long while now. The shop itself isn't very large, but we manage to pack a lot of things into the space we have. You can usually find one of us behind the counter or working in the small storage area in the back. Handling a variety of different things here is our daily routine, mostly catering to the local people who walk through the bazar every single day. There is a real family-run kind of vibe here, where we actually know many of our customers by their first names. The building is quite old and it definitely has its quirks, like a front door that always sticks whenever it rains, but it is home to us. Big marketing departments or fancy stuff are not things you will find here. It is just us showing up every single morning, opening the metal shutters, and getting to work. Sometimes we stay open a bit late if there is a lot of work to catch up on. People in Kachchh know where the Main Bazar is, so finding our shop isn't too hard for them. We just try to be helpful and keep the store going.
