Kandla Servie Station

Kandla Servie Station is right at Plot No 6 A in Sector 12, just near the Ambica Weigh Bridge in Gandhidham. If you’re driving through the Kachchh area, you probably know where that is. It’s a busy spot because of all the trucks coming and going from the port. We see a lot of dust and a lot of tired drivers every single day. Our main thing is keeping vehicles moving. Whether it’s a quick wash, some grease for the axles, or fixing a tire, we handle it right there on the lot. It’s not a clean place; there’s oil on the ground and the smell of diesel is everywhere. That’s just the nature of a service station. We don't have a fancy waiting room with a TV or anything. Most guys just stand around and talk or grab a tea while we work on their trucks. We’ve been here for years, and the regulars know our names. We don't do much advertising because we don't need to. The trucks just keep coming. Sometimes we’re short-staffed and things take a bit longer, but we try to be as quick as possible because time is money for these drivers. It’s a rough and ready kind of life in Gandhidham, and we’re just a part of that landscape. We don't make big claims about being the fastest. We just do the repairs and get people back on the road.
