Our shop sits at Plot 4 and 5 in Sector 12B for a while now. Gandhidham is where we operate, right near the Kandla Sez on the main road. Dealing with corrosion is just what we do every day. It’s dusty and salty out here because of the port, so metal gets eaten up fast if you don't watch it. We spend most of our time looking at pipes and tanks, trying to stop the rust before it causes a real mess. The heat in Gujarat doesn't help much either. Usually, we're out on-site or at the yard handling whatever project came in that morning. It’s not flashy work, but someone has to keep things from falling apart. Most people around here know where we are since we're so close to the Sez entrance. We have a small crew, mostly guys who have been doing this for years. We keep our gear over at the Kandla Road spot. If you’re driving past, you’ll see the sign. It’s a busy area with all the trucks moving through. We don't spend a lot of time in an office; we'd rather be out there seeing what the salt air is doing to the steel. It's just a regular local business trying to get the job done right. We deal with various industries around here. Some days are longer than others depending on the weather. That’s just how it goes in this line of work.
