Jindal Saw

We are located way out in Mundra, over in the Kutch region of Gujarat. To find us, you have to go down Pragpur Road toward Samaghogha and look for the IPU Mandavi area. We are set up with Niranjan Biswal over there. It is a dry and dusty part of the country, especially with all the trucks moving in and out of the port. We focus on the saw pipe business. It is heavy work and the yard is always full of metal and big machinery. We do not have a fancy lobby; it is mostly just desks and files in a functional building near the road. The sun out here is really something, so we try to get most of the outdoor stuff done early in the morning. We have a lot of local guys working with us, along with people who came from other states for the jobs at the port. We handle the orders and make sure the pipes are ready to go out when they are supposed to. It is not a complicated life, but it is busy. We do not spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers or checking the inventory in the yard. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. The wind blows the sand around, but we just wipe off the desks and keep going.
