Jaypee Industries

Our business, Jaypee Industries, is based in Sector-9 of Gandhidham. We are in Dhiraj Chamber, specifically at unit 12 on Plot No. 36. This part of Kachchh is very industrial, so there are always trucks moving and cranes in the distance. We've been operating out of this chamber for a while now. It’s a basic office setup where we manage the industrial side of things. It’s usually quite dusty because of the location, but we try to keep the desk surfaces clean. We deal with a lot of heavy equipment and industrial parts. The phone rings a lot with people asking for quotes or checking on their orders. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us who understand the industry and how to get things done. Some days the heat in Gandhidham is almost unbearable, so we have a couple of old fans that make a lot of noise. It’s a very grounded workplace. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. Most of our clients are other local businesses in the sector. We see the same faces every week, which is nice. It makes the work feel a bit more personal. We just keep plugging away at it, day after day, in our little corner of Plot No. 36. It’s not always easy, but it’s our life here in Gandhidham and we are used to the pace.
