We operate out of Bungalow No. 16, Sector-4, on Oslo Road in Gandhidham. J B Boda Insurance Surveyors Loss Assessors Pvt. Ltd. is a long name, but our work is pretty specific. We go out and look at things when there’s been an accident or some kind of damage for insurance claims. The bungalow serves as our main base where we write up our reports. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which is nice when we need to concentrate. Kachchh is a big area to cover, so we are often out on the road. When we are in the office, it’s mostly about sorting through photos and documents. We don’t really have customers just walking in off the street since we usually go to them. The office inside the bungalow is practical and filled with filing cabinets. It’s been our home for years, and we’re used to the layout. Everyone here knows their job, and we don’t need a lot of supervision. It’s steady work that requires a lot of attention to detail. We try to be fair and just report what we see. Sometimes the weather in Gandhidham makes the site visits a bit tough, but we get through it. We’re just a local team doing insurance surveys without making a big deal out of it. It’s simple work but it keeps us on our toes.
