Our consultancy is based in Raipur, specifically in the Brahmanpara area. We use a house, H/No 25/141, as our office. It’s a practical choice because it gives us plenty of room without the high rent of a commercial building. We have several rooms dedicated to different tasks. One room is full of old blueprints and reports. It’s a bit of a mess, to be honest, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood is very residential, so we try to keep the noise down. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who have been with us for a long time. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the work as we go. Raipur can be quite dusty, so we are always cleaning the desks. We don't have a marketing team or a sales department. People just find us through word of mouth. It’s a very old-fashioned way of doing business, but it suits us. We don't have a mission or a vision posted on the walls. We just have a calendar and some maps of the local area. It’s an honest, simple life. We aren't trying to become a giant corporation. We just want to provide our advice and help out where we can. It’s a quiet, steady pace of work here in Brahmanpara. We've become a part of the local scenery over the years and we wouldn't have it any other way.
