Everest Kanto Cylinders Ltd.

We’ve been here at C-5 in the EKC Colony for quite a while now. If you walk into Adipur, you’ll find us easily enough near 4-B. Most days start early because the metal gets hot under the sun if we wait too long to move things around. Everest Kanto Cylinders is really just about the work of getting these gas containers ready. There are stacks of them in the yard, and the guys are always busy checking the valves or moving trucks in and out. It’s a bit noisy, honestly. You hear the clanging of steel throughout the afternoon. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, a few fans humming, and lots of ledgers. People come by to talk about orders or just to see where things are at with their delivery. Living and working in the same colony makes it feel like a small community. You know everyone’s face. We keep the gates open during the day, and there’s always someone drinking tea near the main entrance. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it’s what we do. Adipur has changed over the years, but the work here stays pretty much the same. We just focus on the cylinders and making sure the day goes by without any big issues with the equipment or the loading schedules. It's just a regular workplace where people show up and do their bit for the company.
