Car Shingar

Car Shingar is located on Tagore Road, specifically at Plot No. 3, Sector No. 9/A. We are right near Hotel Toran here in Gandhidham, Kachchh. This area can get very dusty when the wind picks up, which is almost every day. We spend a lot of our time cleaning the cars we are working on and the shop floor itself. As the name suggests, we deal with car decorations and accessories. People bring their vehicles to us to make them look a bit better or to add things they need like seat covers or sound systems. It’s a hands-on job and our hands are usually dirty by the end of the day. The proximity to Hotel Toran makes it easy for travelers and locals to spot us. Tagore Road is always busy with traffic, so there is no shortage of cars passing by our front door. We have a small crew of guys who really know their way around an engine and an interior. We don’t have a fancy showroom with lights. It’s more of a practical workshop where the tools are always out on the benches. We listen to the radio while we work to pass the time. Sometimes we sit on the benches outside during our break and watch the heavy buses go by. It’s a simple life here in Gandhidham. We just try to do a good job on every car that pulls into our plot. It’s not about being the biggest shop, just about being the one people trust in the neighborhood.
