Our office is on the second floor of Plot No. 443 in Sector 1/A. We are right near the Oslo Circle and the Gayatri Mandir Road in Gandhidham. It’s a good location because it is easy to find, even though the traffic around the circle can be a real headache during the afternoons. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street and the temple road. We spend our days dealing with shipping agency work, which involves a lot of emails and phone calls to the port and the vessels. The office is pretty standard with desks, computers, and a lot of files. We have a small pantry where we make tea and someone usually brings in biscuits to share. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't a huge team, so we all know what's happening with each other’s files. Sometimes the stairs feel a bit much at the end of a long day, but it’s good exercise. The noise from the Gayatri Mandir Road filters in, especially when there is a festival or a lot of traffic. We just keep our heads down and get the paperwork processed. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do here in Gandhidham, keeping the shipping side of things moving along as best we can. The office plant in the corner is looking a bit dry lately, but we keep trying to remember to water it. That is just how it goes.
