Aqua Shipping

Our office is located at 100, GMA Building on the second floor. We are in Ward 12-b, specifically at Plot No. 297 here in Gandhidham. It is a typical shipping office setup where things can get a little bit messy with all the documents and files we have to manage. We have a few desks and some computers that have definitely seen better days. The GMA Building is a well-known spot in this area, so it’s not hard to give directions to people when they are coming to visit. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails about container movements. It’s a busy environment because we are so close to the main port areas. The second floor gets a decent breeze if we keep the windows open, which really helps with the Kachchh heat in the summer. We don't have any fancy signs or big logos inside the office. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning and do our thing. Most of us have lived in this area for many years, so we know all the shortcuts through town to avoid the traffic. Shipping can be very unpredictable, so our hours aren't always set in stone. One day it might be quiet, and the next day we are rushing to finish everything before the port closes. We have some old filing cabinets that are almost overflowing, but we know where everything is kept. It’s just a simple life.
