You can find us at Plot No. 10 in the Industrial Area, right near the Gurudwara on Airport Road in Gandhidham. It’s a busy part of Kachchh with a lot of heavy trucks moving back and forth towards the port. Our place is a simple setup with a yard and a small office building. We deal with various supplies that companies in this area need. The wind blows a lot of dust around here, so we are constantly sweeping the entrance. Inside the gate, things are organized enough so we can find what we’re looking for, but it’s definitely not a showroom. We talk to drivers and loaders all day long. Sometimes we have to wait around for a shipment to arrive, and other times everything happens at once. It’s the kind of business where you need to be ready for anything. We don’t have a website or anything like that; we just answer the phone and talk to whoever walks in. The Gurudwara nearby is a good landmark, and we often hear the sounds from there during the day. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and know most of the other business owners on this stretch of Airport Road. It’s a tough environment with the heat and the salt in the air, but we’ve made a decent go of it. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is what it is.
