You can find us at Zanda Chowk in Gandhidham, specifically at Shop C-103. This part of Kachchh is always moving, so there is never a dull moment outside our door. We mostly deal with mobile phones and all the small things that go with them. People come in all day because their screen cracked or they need a new SIM card. It’s a small shop, so things can get a bit cramped when three or four people are waiting at the counter. We have shelves filled with chargers, cases, and those little screen protectors that are so hard to put on without bubbles. Sometimes we spend half the day just explaining how a certain phone feature works to someone who isn't great with technology. It's just part of the routine. The heat in Gandhidham can be tough, so we have a small fan that runs constantly. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us here making sure the repairs get done on time. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular telecom shop where you can get your phone fixed or top up your balance. We like the location because everyone passes through the chowk eventually. Usually, we're here until late evening when the market starts to quiet down a bit. We just handle the repairs as they come and try to keep everything organized behind the counter.
