All India Enterprise

Living and working in Gandhidham-Kachchh means you have to get used to the heat and the salt in the air. All India Enterprise is located right at Plot No. 191 in Sector 1-A. It is a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't local, but we have been in this spot for a good while. Sector 1-A is mostly warehouses and offices, so there isn't much shade when you are walking between buildings. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at ledgers, trying to keep everything organized. The plot is a decent size, and we use every inch of it to store things that come in from different parts of the country. The office inside the warehouse is where we sit during the hottest part of the afternoon. It has a small fan that rattles, but it does the job. Sometimes the trucks arrive late because of the traffic near the port, and we have to stay back at Plot 191 long after the sun has set to make sure everything is unloaded and put away safely. You see all sorts of people passing through this part of Gandhidham. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the door. It is a practical way of working. Most of our day is spent dealing with paperwork or checking the inventory against what actually arrived on the truck. It's just simple business.
