We are located in Sector 9 of Gandhidham, specifically at 108 in the Anam Commercial Complex. It is a busy part of Kachchh, and things are always moving around here. Our business, Ahir Plywood Pvt Ltd, deals mostly with different types of wood sheets and boards. We spend our days at Plot No. 37, which is where we keep everything. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to sit and handle the billing. Most of the time we are out on the floor or talking to laborers. Dealing with plywood is a bit messy because of the dust, but you get used to it after a few weeks. People come in from all over the area to pick up supplies for their furniture. We have a lot of regular customers who just drop by to see what we have in stock. The weather in Gandhidham gets quite hot in the summer, which makes moving heavy wood a bit of a chore. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but sometimes there are delays with the shipments coming in. It’s just the way it goes. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who know how things work. There’s always some paperwork to catch up on, and the phone doesn't stop ringing once the morning starts. We’ve been at this for a while now, so we know the local market pretty well. It’s simple work and we stay busy.
