Aastha Salt Industries Pvt. Ltd. is our company based in Gandhidham. We operate out of 107 B, Chetna Chamber, which is on Plot No. 38 in Sector 9. It’s easy to find because we’re right opposite the Central Bank. Gandhidham is a major hub for the salt trade, so it makes sense for us to be here. The office is where we handle the administrative side of the salt business—contracts, shipping details, and talking to the people at the salt pans. It’s a small office, nothing too fancy, just some desks and a lot of files. Salt is a basic but essential thing, and that’s how we look at our work too. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the salt gets from the production areas to where it needs to go. Sometimes the weather affects how things move, especially during the rains, but we've been doing this long enough to plan for that. Our staff has been with us for a while, and we all know the routine. We aren't out there doing big advertisements; we mostly work with regular buyers who have known us for years. It’s a steady business in a busy port town. We just keep our heads down and stay on top of the shipments. Being across from the bank is convenient for our daily errands, and the building stays busy with people from all sorts of local trades.
