Our place is number 866 inside the Vishwakarma Shopping Centre in Sector 21. It’s more of a commercial hub than a big industrial factory. Wilson Tapes has been operating out of this spot for a while now. We deal with all kinds of adhesive tapes, from the stuff you use at home for packing to heavy-duty industrial rolls. Because we’re in a shopping center, we see a lot of different people coming through the doors. It can get a bit cramped inside with all the boxes stacked up against the walls. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s mostly just shelves full of tape and a small counter where we talk to customers. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work, so we have to carry boxes up and down the stairs, which is a bit of a workout for everyone. We try to keep things simple and just focus on having what people need when they come in. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with marketing. If someone needs a specific tape for a job, we try to find it in the back. The lighting in the shop isn't always the best, but it works for us. We’ve built up a regular group of customers over the years who know exactly where to find us in Sector 21. It’s a small, honest business and we just take things one day at a time here.
