We are located at B-29 in the GIDC Electronics Zone, over in Sector 25. It’s a pretty typical industrial layout here. You’ve got long rows of buildings and lots of trucks moving in and out all day long. Our space is mostly taken up by the equipment we use for the controls we make. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like the energy of the zone. There’s always someone working late or coming in early to get a head start on an order. We don't really have a big fancy sign outside, just the number and the name so people know they’re at the right place. Inside, the floor is concrete and there are racks full of components that we use every day. We usually have a radio playing somewhere in the background to keep things from being too dull. Our team is small, and we’ve all been working together for a long time, so we know how to stay out of each other's way. Sometimes things go wrong with a machine and we have to spend the whole day fixing it, which is just part of the routine. We don't have a lot of visitors, but when we do, we just pull up a spare chair and talk over the noise of the fans. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it’s served us well so far.
