We are Specific Ceramics Ltd. over at Plot No. 50 in Karoli. It’s a quiet spot in Tal - Kalol (Ng). We spend most of our time dealing with ceramics every day. It is what we do. We have been here a while now. The work is steady and repetitive but we like it that way. We handle different ceramic things. People around here know where to find us. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular factory setup. We start early in the morning when it is still cool. Sometimes the weather gets really hot in the afternoons but the work keeps going regardless. We use the space we have to organize everything the best we can. It’s mostly about getting the orders right and making sure things are packed okay for transport. You won't find anything flashy here, just us doing our jobs. The address is easy to find if you are coming through the village area. We like it here in Karoli, it suits the kind of work we do. Most of the guys have been with us for a bit. We just focus on the ceramics and try to keep things moving along. There is always a lot of dust from the materials, but that is how it is. We make sure the kiln is running right. It’s a lot of manual work. We don't talk much about it, we just get it done. If you need to stop by, we are right there at Plot 50.
