KND BUILDCON LLP

Our base of operations for KND BUILDCON LLP is in Gandhinagar, over at TP409B near Survey Number 4642. We are located quite close to the Pushkar Residency, which is a well-known spot in this part of Gujarat. Gandhinagar has a different feel than the bigger cities, and our office reflects that. It is a bit more spread out and doesn't feel as cramped. We have our main room where the desks are lined up, and there is always someone coming in with news from one of the project sites. The address is a bit of a mouthful with the survey numbers, but the locals and the delivery guys know the way. We keep a lot of our equipment and site gear in the back area, and the front is mostly for the paperwork and the planning. We have a few maps of the local area pinned to the walls so we can keep track of everything. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving while we work through the piles of documents. Most of the people working here have lived in Gujarat their whole lives, so we know the land pretty well. We don't spend much time making the place look polished for visitors; we're usually too busy making sure the actual builds are staying on schedule. It is just a practical workspace for us most days.
