Having the school next door means we hear the kids playing at recess, which is a nice break from the sound of typing. Our office is just a regular house-style building that we’ve converted into a workspace. It isn't fancy or corporate at all. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. If you walked in, you’d just see a few of us working at our desks. We don't really use marketing speak because we don't feel the need for it. We are just a local business doing our thing in Andada. Most of us have been here for years and we know the area like the back of our hands. We deal with the usual stuff like power cuts or the roads getting a bit messy during the monsoon. We don't have a big set of corporate goals. We just show up every day, do the work that needs doing, and make sure everything is in order before we leave. It is a very simple and honest way to work. We like the fact that we are in a real neighborhood and not some sterile office park.
