We are out at Plot No= 4/A in the Tsiic Industrial Park in Nancherla. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here but being in the industrial park gives us the space we need for the heavy gear. We do a lot of lifting and manufacturing work on the floor. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It is just a big shed with all our equipment bolted down inside. We spend most of our time out there making sure the production line keeps moving along. It gets very hot in the afternoons especially during the summer months. Gandeed Mandal is a quiet enough area until you get inside the gates of the park. We don't have many visitors coming by mostly just trucks coming and going with materials. The team here is small and we all pretty much do a bit of everything during the shift. There’s no real hierarchy here. If something needs moving we all just jump in and help out. We’ve had some ups and downs with the machines over the years but we manage to keep them running. It’s a practical setup for us. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to hear anything on the roof but we just keep working through it. We've got a small area where we keep the paperwork but most of our time is spent on the shop floor.
