You can find us at 231 Nagarmunoli Road. We’ve been here for a while now, focusing on making jaggery the way it’s always been done in this area. It’s a seasonal kind of business, so some parts of the year are much busier than others. When the cane comes in, the whole place starts moving and it gets pretty warm with the boiling and all. We aren’t some big corporate setup with a lot of suits and meetings. Most of us spend our time out where the work is happening. The smell of the boiling juice is something you get used to pretty quick. We have a lot of local farmers who bring their stuff to us. It’s a lot of hand work and watching the clocks and the temperatures. Sometimes things don’t go perfectly, and we have to adjust, but that’s just how it goes with food products. We don’t have a big fancy office. It’s mostly just a desk and a few chairs for when people come by to settle accounts. Our address is easy to find if you’re traveling down the main road. We don't do much in the way of online stuff or big promotions. We just make the jaggery, pack it up, and send it off to the markets. It’s a traditional way of working, and it’s what we know how to do best. We just take it day by day and try to keep things moving along.
