Mgr Spices

Mgr Spices is located at Door No. 51-B1-B2 in the Gadag Industrial Estate on Hubli Road. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and storage units. It’s a very functional environment with lots of trucks coming and going at all hours. Our units are where we spend most of our time dealing with different types of spices. It’s dusty and sometimes the air is thick with the scent of whatever we are processing that day. Hubli Road is always busy and you can hear the traffic from inside the warehouse. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning or nice furniture. It’s mostly just metal shelves and concrete floors. We work hard to keep everything moving and there is rarely a moment where someone isn't doing something. The staff here is small and we all pitch in wherever help is needed. It’s not a glamorous job by any means but it’s what we do and we are good at it. We don't spend time on making things look pretty for visitors because we don't get many anyway. Most of our interactions are with drivers and suppliers. The Gadag Industrial Estate is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the noise but we have been here for a long time and it feels like home now. We just focus on our daily tasks and getting the orders out.
