Our office is located in Parlakhemundi, up in Odisha, specifically tied to M.Trinadha Rao’s place. It’s a quiet enough area but there is always something going on with the infrastructure projects we manage. We aren't some big city corporation with a hundred layers of management. Instead, it’s just a group of us who know how to handle tools and machinery. The local roads and buildings in this part of Orissa need constant attention, and that’s basically what we do. We show up, look at the plans, and get to work. Sometimes the supplies take a bit longer to arrive because of the distance, but we manage. We’ve been around here long enough that people recognize the name Maytas Infra. We don't bother with fancy slogans because the work usually speaks for itself. It can get pretty hot during the summer months, which makes the outdoor jobs a bit of a struggle, but we keep pushing through. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media team. Our day starts early and usually ends when the light goes. Most of the guys here live nearby and have been working in construction for years. We just want to do a decent job so that the structures we build actually last. It’s not always easy, but it is honest work. We value the relationships we've built with the local community here in Parlakhemundi over the years. There are plenty of challenges, but we just face them as they come.
