We are out in the countryside at Gat No. 253 in a place called Kondhawad. It is a quiet area, and being at the post village means we are surrounded by fields and a lot of open space. Our building is a simple structure where we handle different food items. Most of the people who work here live just a short walk or a bike ride away. We do not have the fast pace of a city office here. We take our time to make sure the food is sorted and packed correctly. The air smells like the crops growing nearby and the dry grain we process. We use basic equipment that gets the job done without being too complicated. There is no big sign outside, just our name on the gate. We do not spend money on fancy websites or advertisements because everyone in the district knows who we are. Our days are shaped by the seasons and the harvest. When it is busy, we work long hours to keep up with the stock coming in. When it is slow, we spend time cleaning the equipment and fixing the bags. It is a very straightforward way to live and work. We do not have a corporate ladder to climb. We just want to make sure the food we produce is good enough for our own families to eat.
