Sachet Foundation

Sachet Foundation is run out of Rukhmini Nivas. The address is Plot Number 50, G.N. 509/B in Swami Samarth Nagar. It is a quiet residential area mostly. We have our setup inside the building there. It’s not a corporate office tower. It’s more of a local place where we can just sit down and do our work without too much trouble. We have a few rooms where we keep our stuff. There are some old chairs and a couple of tables we’ve used for years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with how the place looks. We just want to get the foundation's tasks handled. Living and working in Swami Samarth Nagar is nice because it’s not as chaotic as the main city parts. People around here know us as the folks in Rukhmini Nivas. We spend our mornings drinking chai and looking at the mail. Then we get to work. There isn't a lot of ceremony here. We just do the paperwork and talk to whoever comes by. Sometimes the neighbors stop to say hello. It feels like a very normal way to run a foundation. We don't have any big speeches or plans to show off. We are just here, day in and day out, doing the bits and pieces of work that come our way at PN 50. It’s a simple life.
