Sobat Welfare Foundation runs things from Tulsidas Latkar's place in Churchuramal. Being out in Gadchiroli means we are quite a distance from the big cities, but that is fine by us. Our setup is as simple as it gets. We have a couple of tables and chairs in a room where we handle all our paperwork. Churchuramal is the kind of place where you know your neighbors by name, and people just stop by to say hello. We do not have a fancy website or a social media person. Everything we do is through word of mouth and face-to-face talks. Gadchiroli can have some rough weather, especially when the rains are heavy, and sometimes it is hard for people to reach us.
