Surveyour

Our place is on Javal Street, right near the Ghatge Patil Transports here in Gadag. It’s run by the family of Md. Ibrahim Qazi. We go by the name Surveyour, though some people spell it differently, it doesn’t matter much to us. The office is right in the heart of the 582101 area of Karnataka. It’s a busy street with trucks moving in and out, so there is always noise and dust. We don’t mind it. Inside, it’s just a simple setup with a couple of chairs and some old cabinets for the records. Surveying is what we do, day in and day out. We go out to the sites, set up the equipment, and spend hours looking through the lenses to get things perfect. It’s hard work, especially when the wind picks up in Gadag. We aren't looking to expand into a big company. We like being local and knowing the streets and the people around here. If someone has a question about a deed or a boundary, they just walk in. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. You’ll probably find someone with dusty shoes and a pen behind their ear. That’s just how it is. We’ve been part of this community for years, providing measurements for whoever needs them. It’s a plain business for plain people. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay out of the way of the big transport trucks on Javal Street while we work.
