Positive Building Systems. Bangalore

Our address is a bit of a story since we are listed under S/O S.S. Managolikar on K.C. Rani Road in Gadag. Even though Bangalore is in our name, this is where we are actually operating from in Karnataka. It’s a local setup. We focus on building systems, which means a lot of technical drawings and planning. The office is in a regular building on a street that gets quite busy during market hours. We don't have a fancy showroom or a big glass front. It’s more of a workspace where we get things done. We have shelves full of files and some old samples of materials we’ve used. Most of us here have grown up in this region, so we know how things work. We don't use any corporate jargon. If a client comes in, we sit down and talk through what they need. It’s a very hands-on process. Sometimes we are out on sites and the office is quiet, other times it’s full of people arguing over a measurement. We drink a lot of coffee and keep the fans running when it gets stuffy. It’s just a group of people trying to build things that last. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just focus on the project in front of us and try to do an honest day’s work.
