L3T Trainee

We are based right behind the government hospital here in Hole-Alur. It’s a quiet spot in G.B. Kuratti, part of the Ron taluk in the Gadag district. L3T Trainee is where we spend our days working on various skills and helping folks get a handle on what they need to learn for their jobs. Being in this part of Karnataka means we see a lot of local faces coming through our doors. The building isn't fancy, but it gets the job done. We’ve been here for a while now, just doing our thing and keeping the lights on. Sometimes the road back here gets a bit dusty, but most people find us just fine if they know where the hospital is. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It's just a few of us making sure the trainees have what they need to get through their sessions. We focus on the practical side of things because that's what usually matters at the end of the day. If you’re coming from nearby villages or from Gadag town, you’ll find us easily enough. We keep a regular schedule and try to be helpful whenever someone walks in with a question. It is a simple setup we have here. We mostly just stick to our work and try to help the people who come to us from around the Hole-Alur area. It is not about being the biggest, just about being there for people.
