Our place is at Sonda Cross, near the Hulgol post. It’s a quiet area, mostly surrounded by fields and a few other small businesses. We handle food processing and packing here. It’s a small building, and we try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit messy during the peak harvest times. The location at the cross makes it easy for the local farmers to bring their stuff to us. We’ve lived in this area all our lives, so we know everyone who comes through the door. It isn't a big factory or anything like that. It’s just a few machines and some local workers who help us out. The air here smells like the crops, depending on the season. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait around for the generator to kick in. We don't spend money on fancy signs or anything. Most people just know the building at the crossroads. We focus on getting the food ready for the market without making a big fuss about it. The days are long, starting before the sun is up, but we like being part of the local community. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the rain or the harvest. It’s a steady business and it keeps us busy throughout the year. We don't really think about expanding much; we just like doing what we do right here in Hulgol.
