Our office for Ardex Endura is located in the Sahana Apartment building in Gadag, Karnataka. It’s a bit different because we are in an apartment complex rather than a standalone commercial building. It makes the whole place feel a bit more like a home than a strict office. We have a few rooms set up with our equipment and files. Gadag is a smaller town, so things are a bit more relaxed here. We don't have a massive crowd outside our door every day. We mainly deal with our distributors and local workers who need our products. The apartment is on a regular street, and we know the neighbors well. Sometimes we have to move boxes up and down, which can be a bit of a task, but we are used to it by now. We keep the space tidy, though it can get a bit crowded with all the paperwork we have to keep track of. There isn't any fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just come in and find one of us at a desk. We spend our days on the phone or working through orders. It's a practical setup for us. We've been in this part of Karnataka for some time. We like the community here. It’s a simple, hardworking environment where we just focus on getting things done for our clients, day after day, without any fuss or complication.
