Green View Developers

Green View Developers is based out of Telecom Nagar, at F No 207. We handle our projects from this office, specifically focusing on the plots from 42 to 47 near Sy No 116. It is not a big corporate setup. We have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of blueprints and site maps lying around. Most of our time is spent out on the actual plots checking on the progress of the work. Developing land is a slow process and involves a lot of waiting for permits and dealing with various workers. We have seen Telecom Nagar change a lot over the last few years as more people move in. Our office is a place where we sit down and try to figure out the logistics of each project. It can be a bit stressful when things don't go according to plan, but that’s just how construction goes. We don't do any big promotions. Most of the people who deal with us are locals or folks who have heard about our work from someone else. We just focus on one plot at a time and try to get the foundation and walls right. It is hard work and the office is often dusty from all the site visits. We are just a small team trying to build things properly in our little corner of the city. We spend many hours going over survey numbers.
