Our office is located at 82 Krishna Vihar Colony in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. It’s a residential-style area, so it’s fairly quiet compared to the main market. We handle exports from here. The house has been converted into a working space where we manage all the shipping details and the orders. Rampur is a place with a lot of history, and we’ve been operating out of this colony for a while. It’s not a massive warehouse, just the administrative hub where we keep the books and make sure everything is being sent out correctly. We have a couple of rooms filled with files and some computers that have seen better days. The team is small, mostly just a few locals who know the export business. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customs and transport people. In the summer, the power cuts can be a bit of a nuisance, but we just work around them. It’s a simple setup without any of the fancy office furniture you’d see in a big city like Delhi or Mumbai. We like it this way because it’s easy to manage. Most people in Krishna Vihar know us as the export guys. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one by the gate. We just keep our heads down and make sure the export side of things stays on track. There's always a lot of tea drinking happening while we check the shipping labels.
