N.P. Brothers & Sons

We’ve got our shop in Neta Ji Market, right at Subhash Chowk in Araria. We are quite close to the Bank of India, which makes it easy for people to find us when they’re out doing their errands. The name N.P. Brothers & Sons has been around for a while because it’s a family thing. My father and his brothers started it, and now we’re the ones keeping it going. It’s a typical market shop. We have a bit of everything stacked up on the shelves, and it can look a little messy if you’re not used to it. We know where everything is, though. Most of our customers are locals from around Araria who have been coming to us for years. They stop by to see what's new or just to have a quick chat while they buy what they need. We don’t do any big advertising or anything. Word of mouth has always worked fine for us. The market gets very busy in the evenings, and that’s usually when we’re running around the most. It feels good to be part of the community here at Subhash Chowk. We’ve seen the market change a lot over the years, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and see who the day brings in. It’s not fancy, but it’s our life and we are happy to be serving the people who live in this town. We just keep things moving.
