Out in Kotise Khan Village, right on the main road, you will find where we work. Our spot is quite close to the grain market, which means we are right in the thick of things when the farmers start bringing their crops in. As brothers, we have been running this place together for quite a while, and it is a typical family operation where everyone has to chip in. The main road is always noisy with buses and trucks zooming past, but we have gotten used to the sound over the years. Our building is a simple structure that serves its purpose without any extra frills. We spend most of our time out in the yard or near the machines, dealing with whatever needs to be done that day. It might be fixing a broken gate, sorting through a delivery, or just sweeping up the mess from the day before. We don't have any fancy titles or a big marketing strategy. We just show up every morning and handle the work as it comes. Sometimes we have disagreements about how things should be arranged, but that is just how it goes when you work with family. It is an honest way to make a living, even if the work is physical and leaves you exhausted by evening. We are just local people doing a job in our own village, keeping things running as best as we can without any pretense or polish.
