Raja Food Products

Raja Food Products is our small business based in the Grain Market area of District Firozpur. We are actually quite close to the New Grain Market, so we are right in the thick of things. The whole area is filled with the smell of wheat and various grains. Our building is a simple warehouse style with a small partitioned area for our desk work. It gets very loud around here during the peak seasons when all the farmers come in to sell their crops. We spend our days sorting through food products and getting them ready for transport. It is a lot of lifting and moving heavy bags around. We don't have any polished sales pitches or a corporate look. Most of the time we are just wearing our work clothes and covered in a bit of dust. Firozpur is a major hub for this kind of work, and we have been part of this market for many years. We know the other traders and the laborers who work the docks. It is a tight community where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We just try to keep our operations steady and handle our orders as they come in. Some days are incredibly hectic and others are slow enough that we just sit outside and watch the trucks go by. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we are quite content with how things are.
