Bikaner Hospital

Our hospital is on Bharu Road in Giddarbaha, Muktsar. We are situated very close to the DAV College, which most people use to find their way here. The building is a simple structure that’s been part of the neighborhood for several years. We provide general medical care for the folks in Giddarbaha and the nearby villages. It’s a busy place, especially on market days when everyone is in town. Inside, the rooms are basic with metal beds and simple furniture. We have a small staff of nurses and helpers who are usually rushing from one room to another. The hallway is often filled with people waiting to see a doctor or visiting their family members. We don't have anything fancy like a big cafeteria, just a small corner where you can get a cup of tea. The road outside is often crowded with buses and tractors, so it can be quite noisy during the day. We handle a lot of different things here, from seasonal flu to more serious health problems that need a few days of observation. The paperwork can be a bit of a mess sometimes, but we manage to keep things moving. We try to keep the hospital tidy, though it’s hard with so many people coming in and out all the time. It’s a practical place that does what it’s supposed to do for the community. Most of our staff lives nearby and knows the local language and customs well.
