Our office is located at 1 Golden Avenue in Ferozepur City, which is very close to the Raghunath Mandir. It’s a nice landmark to have because everyone in the city knows where the mandir is. We are here most days working on Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance matters. The street outside can get a bit noisy with the traffic and people going to the temple, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. We see a lot of local families who come in to talk about their future. Life insurance is one of those things people put off, so we end up doing a lot of explaining about why it matters and how the different plans work for regular people. We aren't here to give a big sales pitch. We just lay out the papers and go over the numbers clearly. It’s a small team here and we’ve gotten to know the regulars who stop by to pay their premiums or update their contact info. Sometimes we share a tea while we wait for the system to load or for a form to print out. It feels like a very normal part of life in Ferozepur. We try to keep things simple and honest because that’s what people around here expect from us. If there’s a problem with a claim, we sit down and try to figure it out together. It's just a regular office doing regular work for the people in our community who want to look after their families for the long haul.
