Shree Balaji Enterprises

Our shop is at number 193 in the Old Grain Market. If you have ever been to the market you know how chaotic it can get during the peak hours. There are carts and trucks everywhere and the noise never really stops until late at night. Shree Balaji Enterprises has been a part of this market for a long time. We deal with various goods that come through the market gates every morning. Most of our work is about checking the quality of the items and making sure they are stored properly so they don't spoil. It is a very hands-on job and we are usually covered in some kind of dust or dirt by noon. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. We just have a small space with a wooden desk and some ledgers. We talk to the farmers and the transporters all day long to keep things moving. Sometimes the prices go up or down and we have to adjust, which is just the way the market works. We don't use any corporate talk here. We just say things as they are. If a batch is good, we say it is good. If it is bad, we don't take it. It is a simple way of doing business that has worked for us for years. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
