Dr. Grover Eye Hospital Private Limited is tucked away inside Delhi Gate in Ferozepur City. If you’ve ever tried to park a car near Delhi Gate, you know it’s a bit of a struggle, so most people just walk in or take a rickshaw. The building is shared with Mr. Gaurav’s office area, which makes the entrance a little bit busy sometimes. Inside, it smells like that typical cleaning fluid you find in clinics. We have several chairs lined up for people waiting for their turn to see the doctor. The lighting is a bit bright, which I guess is necessary when you’re looking at people's eyes all day. There’s a lot of blinking going on in the waiting room. We keep a stack of old magazines on the side table, though nobody really looks at them because they’re mostly looking at their phones or talking to their relatives. Ferozepur can get quite dusty, so we are constantly wiping down the glass counters and the equipment. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we know most of the regulars who come in for their check-ups. It isn't a massive hospital with dozens of floors, just a straightforward place focused on eye care. We do the vision tests, write out the prescriptions, and try to keep the line moving so people aren't sitting there all afternoon. It’s a simple operation, really, and we just focus on getting the work done day by day.
