Kasganj is a quiet place compared to the big cities, and our spot is right in Gali-Nauvatram. It’s tucked away in Kucha Girdhar Gopal, which is part of the Moh.Mohan area. Finding us is pretty easy if you know these streets, but it might be a bit tricky if you’re just passing through. We spend most of our time moving boxes and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a local operation. We don’t have a big team of people, just a few of us who grew up around here. The building is older and has its quirks. We don't use fancy computers for every little thing. Paper and a pen still work fine for our records. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the middle of the afternoon. We just wait it out and keep talking to whoever is in the shop. People stop by to chat as much as they do to buy stuff. That's just the way it goes here. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot. New shops open up and old ones close down, but we are still here in the same spot. It’s not a huge place, but it belongs to us. We try to keep the stock fresh. If something sits too long, we move it to the front. There's always a bit of dust because of the dirt road outside. We sweep every morning. It feels like home to us now.
