We are over here in Ekta Nagar, right by the Syndicate Bank in Linepar. It’s a busy spot in Tundla and we’ve been at House No. 26 for a while now. My name is on the paperwork for Upcsm Skill Development but we really just run it as a small group. It’s not a huge fancy office or a corporate building, just a practical space where people come to learn things. Firozabad is mostly known for glass, but here in Tundla, we focus more on teaching skills that help people get jobs. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets noisy with the traffic from the bank, but we keep the doors open. We help folks learn computers or whatever else they need to get ahead. It’s a local thing, mostly for the people living nearby in Uttar Pradesh. We aren't some big city corporation. We just know that people around here need a place to practice and get better at stuff. The address is a bit long to write out on envelopes, with all the pin codes and district names, but everyone knows the bank nearby. We've got a few rooms set up with basic furniture. It’s quiet enough most days. We just want to see people from our neighborhood doing well. It takes time to build something like this, but we are here every day. If you walk down the linepar road, you'll find us. It’s a simple setup, nothing too flashy, just honest work happening inside.
