The Classic International

The Classic International is situated right on Agra Road. We are directly in front of the Prabha Shree Gopal Cold Storage. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where the cold storage is. The road is always busy with trucks and cars going towards the city. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time. We do a lot of international trade work. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy to move things in and out without using any stairs. It’s a bit noisy with all the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a couple of desks and a big wooden table where we spread out the shipping documents. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we just have to wait it out and try again later. We aren't a big corporation with fancy meetings. We just talk over the desk about what needs to get done for the day. My dad started this and now I’m helping out with the daily tasks. We make sure the goods are packed well so they don’t break on the long journey across the ocean. It’s a lot of physical work sometimes, moving crates and checking weights on the scale. We usually grab food from the stall across the road for lunch. It’s just a normal business day for us, starting early and finishing when the work is done. We keep a spare key under the mat just in case.
