We operate out of the Naya Bus Stand area in Sirsaganj. Our name is Radhey Tour Travels & Transport Co. Being right at the bus stand means we are always in the middle of the action. There is always a bus coming or going, and people are always rushing around with bags. We have our small office right there so we can help people with their travel plans or transport needs. We deal with a lot of different types of vehicles and routes. It is not a quiet job by any means. Firozabad can be a busy place, and the bus stand is like the heart of all that movement. We spend our days answering questions about timings and prices. Sometimes things get delayed and we have to explain that to people who are in a hurry. We don't use any fancy systems, just our experience and some notebooks to keep track of who is going where. The building we are in is simple and practical for what we do. We have been here at the Naya Bus Stand for quite some time now, so most of the drivers and regular travelers know our faces. We just try to keep things running as smoothly as possible despite the chaos of the bus stand. It’s a busy life but it’s what we know. We have a few benches for people to sit while they wait.
