Osrams Security Pvt. Ltd. is located right near the HPO, which is the main post office. It’s a very easy landmark to find, so we never have to give people long directions. We have been working from this spot for a long time. The office is pretty basic with blue painted walls and some simple wooden furniture. We don't have a big team of executives; it’s just us doing the daily work of running a security firm. Being near the post office means there’s always people around, which we like. We provide guards for various places, and we spend most of our time checking their attendance and making sure they are at their posts. We don't use any of that polished marketing language because that’s not who we are. We’re just local people providing a service to the community. Often, we bring our lunches from home and eat together in the small back room. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the logbooks and old newspapers, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the jobs get done and our clients are satisfied with the people we send.
