So, Ghumaade.Com is basically us sitting here in Firozabad, trying to help people figure out where they want to go for their next trip. We are based right here in the 283203 area, which is a place we know pretty well. It’s not like those huge travel agencies you see on TV with hundreds of people in suits. It’s more of a local setup. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at maps and schedules. Firozabad is a busy place, and our office reflects that. We deal with all sorts of requests, from people wanting to visit family to those looking for a quick getaway. Sometimes the internet is slow, or a booking takes longer than it should, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. We don’t have a big fancy lobby with coffee machines. Usually, it's just us and a few chairs for when people drop by to chat about their plans. We’ve been around this part of Uttar Pradesh for a while now. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. We like it this way because it feels more personal. You get to know what people like and what they don't.
